Tip:

When using dried herbs and spices heat the pan or pot you are going to use and place the dried herbs and spices in and allow to fry for 2 to 3 seconds or until you can smell the aromas then start adding your ingredients as per your recipe.
This works specially nicely with ready mixed curry powders.

Tip:

You can make a lemon and cumin marinade that you can place chicken pieces in and freeze them. Instead of frying them you can bake them in the oven and have mini roast chickens without having to roast the whole chicken. Enjoy our next 3 course which I have posted for you all to enjoy.
